One workflow, one measurable outcome, outcome-priced

An automation engagement scoped to a single result you can measure — billed against that result, not hours on a timesheet.

What it is

The shape of the work.

Build is how we put an automation into the hands of the people who need to use it. Each Build engagement is tied to one workflow and one measurable outcome — quote turnaround dropping from three days to one, or onboarding throughput doubling per analyst.

We agree the measurable outcome up front, scope the integrations and evaluations against it, and ship the workflow with a runbook, observability, and a clear owner on your side. Typical engagements run four to eight weeks.

Pricing is outcome-based. There's no daily rate card; the engagement is scoped to a delivery and an outcome, and the invoice tracks against it.

What you get

What's actually in the box.

01

One measurable outcome

The whole engagement is anchored to one number that has to move. No multiple parallel tracks, no scope sprawl.

02

Outcome-priced

You're not paying for hours. You're paying for the workflow being in production and the metric having moved.

03

Shipped with a runbook

Every Build ends with documentation, observability, and a nominated owner on your side. We hand it over, we don't hoard it.

04

Evaluation gates, not vibes

We build the evaluation harness before we declare it shipped. The workflow has to pass the gate, not just look impressive in a demo.

What it costs

How the commercials work.

Outcome-priced. The engagement is scoped to one measurable result and a delivery; the invoice tracks against the result, not against time on a timesheet. We agree the number on the call.

When it's a fit, when it isn't

Worth being honest about.

Fit

When Build is the right shape

  • You have one workflow with a clear, measurable outcome you want moved.
  • You've done the diagnostic work — internally or with us — and the answer is "yes, build it".
  • You want an owner on your side, a runbook, and an evaluation harness — not just a working demo.
Not a fit

When we'd steer you elsewhere

  • You want hourly engineers to staff a wide AI roadmap. That's an Embed engagement.
  • You can't yet name the one outcome the workflow has to move. Start with a Diagnostic.
Start small

A first conversation, no slides.

Tell us the workflow. We'll tell you which engagement shape — if any — actually fits the work in front of you.
